You have to seat down and carefully craft out what you want to achieve this year and action that needed to be taken daily in order to achieve it.
Eliminate procrastination
Procrastination they said is the theft of destiny. Once you map out your action plan this year, don't let anything weigh you down from making move. There should be nothing like i'll do it tomorrow. You should set a daily action plan which have to be carry out, and makesure that nothing change those plan. It is also necessary that you have a way of measuring your progress on daily basis. With this, you are able to know where you are falling bellow your set target and how to go about redeeming those lost grounds.
Development yourself
If there is an area you can not afford to neglect this year as somebody that is desiring to make the year a successful one, it is your personal development.
